ORDERING INFORMATION  

Q: Can I log in with the same user name and password as the hookup site? 
A: No, you will need to create a separate account for the hookup site, store, and video on demand site.

Q: How do I place an order? 
A: You can place an order either online or over the phone.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 
A: We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Q: How will a purchase appear on my credit card / bank statement? 
A: Purchases will be billed as "Shop BBRTS Store" 

Q: Do you offer discounts? 
A: Get special offers and discount codes by signing up to our mailing list.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION  

Q: Will my order be discreet? 
A: Yes. All orders are shipped in either plain packaging or USPS Flat Rate packaging.

Q: What are my shipping costs and options? 
A: The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the items you order.  Heavier items may incur additional shipping charges.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: Yes we do. More info can be found on the 
International Orders page.

Q: How are orders shipped? 
A: Items that we have in stock are shipped USPS. Items being shipped directly from our distributor may arrive either USPS, UPS or OnTrac.

Q: Where is my order? 
A: When an order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Service department and we will be happy to assist you with locating the information. 

Q: My order status is "Partially Shipped".  What does that mean? 
A: A status of "Partially Shipped" means that part of your order has been shipped and the rest will ship soon there after.  This happens when an order is shipped in separate shipments.  Because we only have a small amount of space to store products at our office many of the items we offer will ship directly from our distributor.  



RETURNS & REFUNDS  

Q: What is your return or exchange policy? 
A: Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any novelty items. We will exchange T-Shirt sizes, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. DVDs will only be exchanged if there is a manufacturer error. For more info please visit our Refund Policy page.

Q: How do I cancel an order 
A: Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it usually cannot be canceled. If you would like to try and cancel an order feel free to contact us by sending an email to
