Refund Policy

Oasis Dynamics prides ourselves on having one of the most generous refund policies in the adult video business. We hold customer service to be the most important thing we do (after treating our models like we'd like to be treated). This is a business formed by former adult video models. If you have a problem with your order or have any questions about your order, or ordering, do not hesitate to contact us, before it becomes a difficult problem.

We regret that we can not please all of the people, all of the time, but we will do our best to make you happy. Let us know what we can do for you!


Oasis Dynamics guarantees that our DVDs will be free of defects and able to play on MOST DVD players. However, game players, older players, etc. may not be able to play our DVDs as well as some other DVDs. This is the nature of the DVD disc and its players, not a defect or fault of Oasis Dynamics. We cannot and do not claim that our DVDs will play in all machines bearing the DVD logo.

However, if the disk arrives visibly damaged from transit, or some manufacturing defect, we will replace that DVD with the same title. Damaged DVDs will not be replaced with another title.

As that the content of DVDs are a matter of personal tastes, we make absolutely no guarantees as to the content and your particular tastes, even if a salesperson or other Oasis Dynamics persons aid you in your choices. DVDs will not be refunded or replaced if you do not like them.

Occasionally programming or authoring errors occur in the production of a DVD title. If the DVDs main feature cannot be played in anyway that title will not be released. However, minor errors short of that will be released if we feel that the DVD is generally playable or there is a way that the viewer can maneuver around the errors. Oasis Dynamics will refund or replace a DVD that turns out to exceed that sort of error at our discretion. Naturally, completely unplayable disks will be replaced.

All Oasis Dynamics products are shipped domestically via United States Parcel Service (USPS). Once your order has been picked up from our doors by USPS, the order is legally the responsibility of USPS. If the shipment is delayed or lost, you must deal with them. We can provide you with the tracking number for your package and the date of acceptance by the USPS. Any disputes regarding shipping must be made with USPS. Short of confirming that the shipment was made and picked up by USPS, we have no legal authority to be involved and will not be. This includes refunds of shipping costs when specialty shipping is delayed by USPS. However, Oasis Dynamics will assist in anyway that we can to help you deal with them.

Orders shipped to International (NON-US) destinations.

International Orders are shipped without tracking information available to us. Often through the International Mail. Persons ordering from outside the US are responsible for any Customs Fees and Duties. Oasis Dynamics will not be responsible for orders held or confiscated by your country's Customs. As such, non-US shipments are at your own risk. Your credit card will only be charged after final shipping costs are calculated.
